It is in the Gimel class that students will begin working in the Siddur (prayer book) in earnest. They begin with basic prayers said every day and on Shabbat. The goal is for these students to become comfortable with home Shabbat and holiday rituals as well as with Junior Congregation. Holidays are studied more in depth and the study of Bible stories continues beyond Moses. This class visits the Library every other week for curriculum enrichment.
